Atlanta, GA June 4, 2007: World Micro's Director of Business Development attends Computex Taipei in Taiwan and establishes key relationship with Advansus, a world-class ODM Design & Manufacturing company: Computex Taipei is the 2nd largest electronics tradeshow in the world. With over 132,000 visitors from around the globe, the show provided many opportunities to meet with existing and future suppliers of World Micro. In addition, World Micro further established a relationship with Advansus, a company who provides custom engineering design services for World Micro's growing customer base in the Gaming, Kiosk, and POI world. This relationship compliments the existing relationships with Kontron and VIA Technologies in an effort to provide the best computing solutions to our customers.
Atlanta, GA May 15, 2007: World Micro to exhibit at the EDS Tradeshow in Las Vegas to develop a nationwide network of Manufacturer Reps: EDS is an organization that enables Manufacturers, Distributors, and Manufacturer Representative organizations to meet and develop relationships that enhances the Franchise Distribution business model. World Micro's unique "Hybrid" Business Model creates many opportunities for Mfg Rep Firms to profit from opportunities they see from their OEM customer base, but normally have to walk away from, due to the limitations of their linecard.
