By accepting and processing any purchase order issued by World Micro, Inc, you are accepting the following terms and conditions.
1. All product received will be inspected per the IDEA-STD-1010A standard. World Micro reserves the rights to reject and return any goods, at the vendors expense, that do not comply with the IDEA-STD-1010A standard.

3. Product must be guaranteed to be new and unused, in original manufacturers packaging, and free
from any and all defects. Product will be guaranteed electronically for form, fit, and function.
4. All products stated above must be the original manufacturer's product and must conform to the
manufacturer's listed specifications, and contain all original part number markings and codes.
A Certificate of Conformance is required for all items listed above.
5. All programmable devices must be free of any pre-programming.
6. Seller agrees to notify World Micro if unable to meet any of the purchase order requirements
specified above, including but not limited to any change in quantity, part number, manufacturer
and/or delivery date; otherwise, World Micro reserves the right to refuse delivery and/or return
the merchandise parcel collect. Any change must be authorized by World Micro before shipping.
7. World Micro or it's representative retains the right to verify at the supplier's premises the
contracted product conforms to specified requirements.
