Non-Conforming Goods Policy

All products shipped from World Micro, Inc. are fully guaranteed for 90 days. This guarantee includes form, fit, and functionality as specified in the manufacturers data sheets. If for any reason, a component is not functioning properly, one of the following two options are available.

  1. A full refund will be issued for credit or cash
  2. Parts will be replaced

ITAR Compliance Statement

As part of World Micro, Inc.'s due diligence program to maintain strict adherance to the laws governing the export of manufactured goods in the United States, we initiated and completed all steps to be fully compliant and registered with the U.S. Government's regulatory bodies governing Export Administration Regulations. In addition, our Terms and Conditions of Sale, under Section 12 - Export Control, reflect the need for our customers to maintain strict adherance to all applicable export laws. The following statement clairifies our understanding and intent to abide by the U.S. laws governing exports, and to facilitate the need for our customer to abide by the same laws:

THE COMMODITIES, TECHNOLOGY OR SOFTWARE, (etal, PRODUCTS) THAT ARE EXPORTED FROM THE UNITED STATES MUST BE IN ACCORDANCE AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH UNITED STATES EXPORT ADMINISTRATION REGULATIONS. IN THE EVENT PRODUCTS ARE EXPORTED BY WORLD MICRO, INC., OR RE-EXPORTED BY CUSTOMER, THEY ARE DONE SO IN FULL COMPLIANCE WITH EXPORT ADMINISTRATION REGULATIONS, INCLUDING EAR GUIDELINES (CFR15 Part 730-774); ITAR: INTERNATIONAL TRAFFIC IN ARMS; THE US DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE; DEPARTMENT OF STATE; AND DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE BUREAU OF INDUSTRY AND SECURITY (BIS).

DIVERSION OF PRODUCTS CONTRARY TO UNITED STATES LAWS IS PROHIBITED. CURRENT LAWS PROHIBIT EXPORT / RE-EXPORT TO SPECIFIC COUNTRIES AS DETAILED ON THE U.S. GOVERNMENT WEBSITE LOCATED AT THE FOLLOWING URL: http://www.access.gpo.gov/bis/ear/pdf/746.pdf, AND INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES: BELARUS, BHUTAN, CUBA, HAITI, IRAN, IRAQ, LIBYA, MYANMAR, NORTH KOREA, SOMALIA, SRI LANKA, SUDAN, SYRIA, VENEZUELA, VIETNAM, OR DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO,. CUSTOMER, IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 12 - EXPORT CONTROL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND WORLD MICRO, INC., ON BEHALF OF ITSELF, ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES, CERTIFIES AND AGREES TO ABIDE BY ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS RELATING TO THE EXPORT / RE-EXPORT OF PRODUCTS. IN THE EVENT CUSTOMER IS UNABLE TO CERTIFY ADHERANCE, THEN CUSTOMER WILL ADVISE WORLD MICRO, INC. AT THE TIME ORDER IS PLACED.

RMA Notification Requirement

World Micro, Inc. requires that any request for the return of goods or the exchange of goods must be done in writing explaining the problems that exist with the parts. This request should include the manufacturer's part number, quantity that is failing and the purchase order that the goods were ordered on.

Improperly Ordered Goods

On occasion, some customers accidentally place an order on a part that is the wrong part, the wrong manufacturer, the wrong package or the wrong date codes. In these situations, World Micro, Inc. feels that the responsibility of the goods is in the hands of the customer. World Micro, Inc. is willing to take all parts back into their inventory and give credit less a re-stocking fee for parts that are not ordered in an NC/NR format. This policy applies only to goods that have been shipped within the last 30 days. Any request for a return of goods that is made more than 30 days after the shipping date will be dealt with on a per incident basis. It is not the wish of World Micro, Inc. to force any customers to keep goods that are not needed or wanted; however, the nature of our business forces us to create deadlines for returns.

World Micro, Inc. requires that any request for the return of goods or the exchange of goods must be done in writing, explaining the problem(s) that exist with the parts. This request should include the manufacture'rs part number; quantity that is at issue and the applicable purchase order# that the goods were placed on. Improperly ordered goods past 30 days cannot receive a refund.
