Description: The Customer Service Representative/Buyer plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while managing the purchasing process in a distribution business. Additionally, the CSR/Buyer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods from suppliers to meet customer demands and maintain optimal inventory levels.
